How long will it take to receive my order?

This will largely depend upon shipping location, the item ordered, and shipping method chosen. Orders are generally processed within 24 hours of placing the order, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders shipped via the flat-rate standard ground option may ship the following day. If a stocking item is ordered, it will ship from our Pennsylvania warehouse via the shipping service chosen at checkout. Non-stocking items are primarily drop shipped from the factory. If this is not possible due to shipping location or factory minimums, a backorder will be held until a stock order is placed. The customer will be contacted using the email address provided if any delays are foreseeable.

How and when are my shipping charges calculated?

You will be contacted after you make your purchase to arrange shipping. Most smaller items can ship UPS or FedEx.. If a single item weighs over 150 lbs it must ship by freight carrier.

About Freight Shipping

If you are purchasing an item that cannot ship UPS Ground and requires freight deliver, you will be charged separately for additional freight, unless the item qualifies for free freight from the factory. We will contact you once the order is placed.

How can I check the status of my order?

Tracking numbers will be provided upon request. Include a note on your order requesting a tracking number and we'll be happy to provide it.

What taxes are applied to my order?

Only sales tax. We are required to charge sales tax in any state we have a physical presence in. Currently that is a 8.75% sales tax on all Illinois sales. All other states are tax exempt on our site.

Please send us a tax exemption certificate if you're making Illinois purchases and qualify for tax exemption.
